Delivery FAQs

Getting Your Order

Click & Collect is free for every order. Once your prescription has been dispensed and checked, we’ll let you know it’s ready to collect from our pharmacy at 53 Surbiton Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2HG.

Yes. A friend, family member or carer can collect on your behalf where appropriate. For certain medicines, such as controlled drugs, we may need to verify identity before handing the order over.

We’ll notify you as soon as your order has been dispensed and is ready for collection.

Orders are normally held for up to 10 days. If you need longer, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange this.

NHS Prescriptions

Delivery time begins once your GP has sent your prescription to us electronically and it has been clinically reviewed, dispensed and dispatched — not from the moment you request it.

Membership gives you unlimited standard NHS prescription deliveries by Royal Mail Tracked 48 for a fixed fee of £4.99 a month or £49 a year, with no per-delivery charges and priority processing. If you receive regular NHS prescriptions, it usually works out cheaper than paying £2.99 per dispatch.

Yes. Please contact our pharmacy team for details on cancellation and renewal terms.

Yes, although certain controlled drugs are subject to additional legal and operational requirements — for example, a signature on delivery or proof of identity. We may adjust the delivery method where required for safety or legal reasons.

We can only dispense once we’ve received your prescription electronically from your GP. If you’ve requested a repeat and it hasn’t arrived with us, contact us and we’ll help chase it.

Online Treatments & Private Prescriptions

No. All orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging with no indication of the contents.

Yes. All Royal Mail Tracked services (Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Special Delivery) provide full tracking and delivery updates throughout transit.

Order by 1pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends and on public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Refrigerated Medicines

Refrigerated medicines need a faster service to minimise time in transit and help maintain product integrity, so they’re sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 as a minimum. Tracked 48 is not available for fridge items.

Please make sure someone is available to receive it. If a refrigerated medicine is left unattended, returned to a depot or significantly delayed, we may be unable to guarantee its quality, and any replacement would be assessed case by case.

Yes. Refrigerated medicines are dispatched in specialist insulated packaging, which may include thermal insulation, refrigerant gel packs and temperature-controlled materials, designed to maintain appropriate conditions during normal delivery times.

Open the parcel promptly, check the contents, and refrigerate the medication immediately. Contact us if you have any concerns about the condition of the package.

Please don’t use it until you’ve spoken to us. Contact our pharmacy team, ideally with a photo of the packaging and any gel packs, and we’ll advise you on the next steps.

Delivery Problems

First, check your tracking and any delivery notifications from Royal Mail, and whether it’s been left with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you still can’t locate it, contact us. We may need to let the carrier’s investigation process complete before issuing a replacement or refund.

Tracking can take time to refresh after dispatch. If it hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Take photographs of the packaging and contents, don’t use any medication that appears damaged, and contact us as soon as possible.

Please don’t use the item. Contact us immediately and our pharmacy team will investigate and advise on next steps.

Orders can be returned if the address was incorrect, the parcel was refused or not collected, or delivery attempts were unsuccessful. Additional delivery charges may apply before we can re-dispatch.

Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll work with you to find the right resolution. For prescription medicines, additional clinical and legal checks may be needed before a replacement can be supplied.

Returns & Refunds

Due to medicines legislation, medicines normally cannot be returned once they’ve left the pharmacy, unless the item is faulty, was supplied incorrectly, or was damaged in transit. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Yes. Don’t use anything that appears damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents, and contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Don’t use the item and contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and put it right.
